One Aldwych, an independent luxury hotel in Covent Garden, is seeking a Stewarding team member to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and stewarding areas. You will support the kitchen by ensuring crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar stewarding role, preferably in luxury hospitality, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a similar stewarding role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and requests while maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Basic Food Safety or Hygiene qualification is beneficial.

• To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas.
