Job summary

Merlin's Warwick Castle is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our Accommodation Team. You will assist guests from arrival to departure, handle check-in/check-out, provide information on rooms, facilities and services, and ensure a welcoming, efficient service across all channels.

This seasonal role offers varied shifts (7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm) over a 5-day week including weekends and bank holidays. You may help resolve guest issues, support site safety procedures, and report to Hotel Duty

Qualifications

• Strong communicator.
• Confident using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests from arrival to departure, including information provision and check-in/check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, facilities and locations within the hotels.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to Hotel Duty Manager as needed.
• Support in site safety procedures and evacuations if required.
