Merlin at Warwick Castle Resort is seeking an Admissions & Car Parks Assistant for a seasonal, fixed-term role until January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling admissions, ticket queries, scanning tickets, and directing traffic to ensure a smooth flow throughout the site.

The role includes cash handling, queue management, and delivering excellent guest experiences in all weather.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to assist guests in person.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for diverse guests.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at admissions, ticketing, and guest inquiries.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Scan tickets and manage admissions; direct vehicles and pedestrians as needed.
• Direct traffic and monitor car park operations to ensure safety and flow.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
