A prominent cultural venue in Cootham is seeking cashiers to work in their restaurants during the Summer Opera Festival. Responsibilities include issuing bills, collecting payments, and supporting the front-of-house team. Ideal candidates should be reliable, organised, and have excellent communication skills. Previous cash handling or hospitality experience is a plus, and flexibility for weekend shifts is essential. The venue offers competitive pay and benefits including free shuttle bus and onsite parking.
We are looking for cashiers to work in our restaurants. The role is responsible for issuing bills to guests, collecting payments, reconciling the till at the close of service, and supporting the front‑of‑house team. This may include assisting in the bar and pouring drinks during busy service periods. This is a casual role, with shifts varying weekly based on business needs. During the Festival we operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including weekends.
We are looking for reliable, organised individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive can‑do attitude, and the ability to work calmly under pressure as part of a team. Previous cash handling or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
