SEPHORA UK is seeking an Operations Manager for our London flagship to lead store operations, cash handling, stock control and back-of-house processes in line with SEPHORA standards.

You will develop teams, optimise workflows, schedules and compliance, partnering with the Store Director to deliver flawless customer experiences and robust commercial readiness in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

• Proven leadership in retail operations.
• Strong cash and stock management expertise.
• Experience using digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations, cash, stock and back-of-house across the store.
• Drive operational efficiency through replenishment, cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Manage stockroom layout, workflow and productivity.
• Direct cash desk operations with accuracy, security and compliance.
• Lead and develop operational and cash desk teams with training and feedback.
• Ensure effective use of SEPHORA digital tools to support service.
