Job summary

Sovereign & Bale in Redruth/Truro is seeking an Employment Adviser to support unemployed individuals. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored action plans and guidance on CVs, interviews and skills development.

This role requires a tenacious, highly organised self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, build relationships with employers and community partners, and travel locally to meet clients and employers.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience demonstrated.
• Experience in customer facing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, target driven work.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with and support a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and create tailored action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep, and skills development.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
