Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers across Redruth and Truro. You will provide tailored guidance, assist with CVs and interview prep, and help participants access local employer opportunities.

The role involves regular travel between offices and a pro-rata salary for part-time work, with opportunities for training and progression within Reed in Partnership.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience or proven persuasion/influencing skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments (retail, hospitality, care, etc.).
• Comfort in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel locally between offices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and create tailored action plans.
• Deliver one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview preparation.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and signpost to support services.
