A leading Housing Association in Bristol is seeking a Carpenter-Multi to undertake various carpentry and multi-trade repairs in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, along with a full UK driving licence. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in carpentry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various carpentry and multi-trade repairs in residential properties.
• Install windows, doors, frames (internal & external).
• Perform minor plumbing, tiling, painting, and patch plastering.

Key Duties

• 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
• Install windows, doors, frames (internal & external)
• UPVC work, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting
• Minor plumbing, tiling, painting, patch plastering
