Job summary

Radis Community Care in Gloucester is seeking a Community Care Worker to support people living independently at home with daily living tasks, personal care, light meals and domestic duties. You will be paid by BACS every 4 weeks and benefit from mileage allowances, a Nest pension, free uniform and PPE, and full training.

We offer full or part-time hours with various shifts including early, evening and weekend options.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people living independently at home, including daily living tasks and personal care.
• Assist with light meal preparation, basic domestic tasks and medication where required.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Care Worker to join our team based in Gloucester for various shifts available, covering 7am-2pm, 4pm-7pm, 6pm-10pm and 7pm-10pm. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Drivers needed due to locality

Pay rates:

Standard weekday - 13.10

Standard weekend - 13.40

NVQ rates

Weekday £13.30

Weekend - £13.60

About the role

As a Community Care Worker, you will provide care to the people that we support living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs. This can include assisting them with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation and domestic tasks and medication.
