Radis Community Care is offering a part-time Care Worker role (25 hours) covering Tamworth and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their own homes, providing personal care, assisting with medication, meals and daily activities, while promoting independence and dignity.

Applicants must have their own transport for traveling between visits. Shift times include 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm with alternate weekends; rota-based work across Wilnecote, Belgrave, Dosthil and other local areas.

Qualifications

• Own transport to travel between clients.
• Part-time role: 25 hours per week.
• Visiting people in their own homes within the Tamworth area.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care using equipment as needed.
• Support with medication, meals and daily living activities.
• Ensure independence and dignity for clients at all times.
• Follow rota and travel to client homes across listed areas.

Radis Community Carehas an opportunity for part time (25 hours) Care Workers covering all the areas of Tamworth.

The Tamworth area consists of, villages of Wilnecote, Belgrave, Dosthil, Stonydelph, Amington, Glascote, Leys and Leyfields depending on the areas you are asked to cover.

Applicants will need the use of their own car, motorbike, moped to travel in-between your clients whilst on shift.

The 2 different shift times are 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends. Care workers will be required to work both shift times depending on the rota.

The role consists of following a rota and visiting people in their own homes within the local areas. This will be providing personal care using equipment , supporting with medication, meal times, general day to day living and making sure independence and dignity is met at all times.
