Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking Full Time and Part Time Support Workers to serve Huntingdon and surrounding villages. You will travel to clients’ homes, delivering person-centred care and support, including personal care tasks.

This role emphasizes promoting independence and dignity, with flexible early and late shifts and weekend rotation. Applicants must have a UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access; sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care and adapt to individual needs.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, with weekend alternation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support delivering flexible, person-centred care to adults living independently.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Encourage independence and participation in social or recreational activities to promote wellbeing.

Radis Community Care are looking for Full Time and Part Time Support Workers, based inHUNTINGDON and surrounding villages.Locations include Huntingdon, St Ives, Brampton, St Neots, Ramsey

Shifts available: Mornings + Lunch (7AM - 2PM), Tea + Bed (4PM - 10PM), includingalternate weekends.

You will need to have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

About the role

As a Support Worker in the community, you will provide care to people we support living independently in their own homes, by delivering flexible and person-centred care that adapts to their individual needs.

The role will require you to assist people we support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with people, both individually and as a group.

The core aim of this role is to promoteindependence,choice,dignity, andrespect, consistently delivering care to the highest standard.
