Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a caring Care Worker to support local clients in the Abergavenny area. You will help individuals live independently in their own homes within the community, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.

The role offers flexible hours, travel time pay between visits, enhanced rates for NVQs, and mileage enhancements, reflecting Radis’ commitment to local, consistent care teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care tasks such as washing and dressing
• Assisting with medication administration
• Helping with meal preparation and daily routines
• Supporting clients to access local community, shopping and activities
• Maintaining day-to-day household tasks and routines

The Role of Care Worker

As a Care Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
