Radis Community Care in Chepstow, Wales is actively recruiting local people to join our Care Worker team to help vulnerable individuals live independently at home in their communities. As a Care Worker you will support with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and helping clients access local activities and errands, while maintaining day-to-day

The Role of Care Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g. Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
