Job summary

Radis Community Care in Cheltenham is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help residents at Middleton House. The role includes assisting with personal care, promoting independence and delivering high-quality support within individuals' apartments.

We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions with shifts from 7:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, plus extensive training and progression opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care and supporting independence.
• Ability to treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to work shifts including early and late.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to retain independence and comfort in their own apartment.
• Assist with personal care activities as needed and provide day and night support as required.
• Contribute to high-quality, seamless living experiences for residents at Middleton House.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Middleton House in Cheltenham GL53

We currenlty have both Part-Time and Full-time positions available, which will include earlies, lates, and alternate weekends (Shifts are 7:00- 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00)

At Middleton house there are 49 modern, spacious and energy efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

About the Role

• For those who require support, our Support Workers strive to help them to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own apartment and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time. This could be assisting people with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
