Job summary

Radis Community Care in Cheltenham is seeking a Support Worker to join the team at Middleton House. This role offers both Part-Time and Full-Time positions with early, late, and alternate weekend shifts (7:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00).

You will help residents maintain independence in their own apartments, supporting activities of daily living, personal care, and daily living tasks, within a respectful, safety-conscious environment. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Middleton House in Cheltenham GL53

We currenlty have both Part-Time and Full-time positions available, which will include earlies, lates, and alternate weekends (Shifts are 7:00- 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00)

At Middleton house there are 49 modern, spacious and energy efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

About the Role

• For those who require support, our Support Workers strive to help them to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own apartment and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time. This could be assisting people with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
