Job summary

HRString is recruiting for care support workers in the UK, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality domiciliary care to service users in their own homes.

Essential: you must reside in the UK and have a valid right to work. Previous care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided. Duties include monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, meals, household tasks, and maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is preferred, but training will be provided.
• You must be a resident of the UK with a valid right to work.
• Strong communication, empathy and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision by nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with ambulation and hygiene.
• Advise, support and participate in personal care of service users.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals for service users.
• Assist with household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain progress records and report changes to the manager.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
