Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader to join The Green Residential Care Home in Redruth, Cornwall. The role involves night shifts, leading a team to deliver personalised care and enrich residents’ lives.

You will support residents, promote wellbeing, and mentor Care Assistants within a values-driven, not-for-profit environment that invests in training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
