Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for St Breock Residential Care Home in Wadebridge. The role requires delivering personalised care, supporting residents and guiding Care Assistants within a friendly team.

The position is on-site in Wadebridge, offering 18 hours per week with overtime to cover holidays. The successful candidate will join an Investors in People Gold accredited, not-for-profit organisation recognised for training and development, with a strong focus on dignity, respect

Qualifications

• Experience in care, NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Clear communication and flexible working
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect

£15.45 per hour

18 hours per week - Overtime available to cover holidays. Occasional night shift cover may be needed.
