Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader at Blackwood House Residential Care Home in Camborne. You will lead a friendly team to provide person-centred care to older residents, ensuring dignity and safety in daily routines.

The role involves supporting wellbeing, coordinating activities, and mentoring Care Assistants across shifts within a caring, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
