Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Dornoch is seeking a Care Team Leader to support residents and lead a compassionate team at The Meadows. The role focuses on wellbeing, personalised care plans, and engagement in leisure activities. You’ll guide Care Assistants and work closely with colleagues to ensure high quality care.

Your skills

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
