Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited’s The Green Residential Care Home in Redruth is seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts. You will support residents, lead a night team and ensure care plans are followed with compassion.

You’ll guide Care Assistants, promote wellbeing, and contribute to a culture recognised for training and development. A relevant care qualification is desirable, and the role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable; NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Commitment to dignity and respect for residents.
