Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader at Heathlands Residential Care Home in Pershore, Worcester. The role focuses on supporting residents, coordinating care with the team and delivering tailored activities that enhance daily living. Salary is £15.34 per hour with a clear pathway to develop leadership within a caring environment.

The position requires safeguarding checks and the right to work in the UK, with a commitment to dignity and inclusion across the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Experience in care is desirable (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent).
• Right to work in the UK and safeguarding checks required.

Days – 11.25 hours per week

Nights – 12.25 hours per week
