Job summary

Sanctuary Care Ivydene Residential and Nursing Home in Ivybridge, Devon, seeks a Care Team Leader to lead a friendly team and deliver high-quality resident care at 39 hours per week (£15.34 per hour).

You will support wellbeing, coordinate care plans, and develop staff through our Team Leader Development Programme, with sector-leading training and a caring culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues.
• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
