Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to manage nights at The Green Residential Care Home in Redruth. The role focuses on supporting residents, coordinating care plans, and guiding Care Assistants within a compassionate team.

You’ll lead activities, ensure high standards of dignity and respect, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive workplace culture with opportunities for professional development.
