Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader for Ridgewood Court in Wirral. The role involves leading care delivery, coordinating team members, and ensuring residents receive personalised care.

The position includes 12-hour shifts and 24 hours day shifts, with pay at £15.34 per hour, based on site location in Wirral, CH61 8RA. You will supervise care staff, promote wellbeing, and support activity planning while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in care with possible NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent desirable.
• Clear communication and flexible working ability.
