Care Team Leader Nights – Forefaulds Care Home, 33-39 Blackbraes Road, East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, G74 3JY


Salary: £14.60 per hour • Nights only

Responsibilities


  • Look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives.

  • Work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.

  • Support Care Assistants in their development.

  • Contribute to delivering the highest quality personalised care in line with individual care plans.

  • Support leisure and social activities as an important part of the day.

  • Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues to help us be the best we can be.



What skills/requirements do I need?


  • Teamwork: a happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home.

  • Experience in care is an essential requirement for the role.

  • An SVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.

  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach.

  • Kindness and a genuine care for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.
