Rainbow Care Solutions, a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years experience, is looking for a Care Team Leader to support our Redditch branch and oversee care across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth .

About the role

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of person-centred care and compliance across your patch. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Carrying out regular spot checks on care staff to monitor quality and best practice
  • Assessing new clients and completing initial assessments in line with company and CQC requirements
  • Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments to ensure they are accurate, up to date and person-centred
  • Conducting care reviews with clients and families, responding promptly to changing needs
  • Carrying out supervisions and appraisals for care staff, providing support, guidance and feedback
  • Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Branch Manager to address any concerns, incidents or complaints
  • Supporting with on-call duties as required to ensure continuity and safety of care
