Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader at St Peters Park care home. You will lead the care team, deliver compassionate support, and ensure residents’ wellbeing in a warm, safe environment.

We offer strong development, funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension, and on-demand pay. Join us to help residents thrive and families feel supported by a dedicated team.

Qualificações

• 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 36 hours per week (day shifts).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
