Job summary

Agincare Weymouth in Burnham-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to guide a compassionate team at Beaufort Park Retirement Village. You will lead by example, oversee medication administration, and ensure residents receive high-quality personal care.

The role is 40 hours per week with day shifts, weekends on alternate basis. You will support wellbeing, plan activities, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 40 hours per week, day shifts.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering high-quality care and companionship.

• Plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings.
