Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Team Leader for The Chestnuts in Aylesbury. The role emphasizes leading by example, delivering compassionate care, and supporting residents with daily living.

You will plan activities, oversee medications, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, welcoming home environment. We offer £15.25/hour for a 42-hour week, with alternate weekends, ongoing training up to QCF Level 5, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5
