At PramaCare we have proudly achieved a Homecare.co.uk score of 9.5 as we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional person‑centred care that truly enhances the lives of individuals living with long‑term conditions across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP). We have various shifts available from 07.00 am – 23.00 pm Monday to Sunday. As a Care Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people to remain independent and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you'll provide high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Medication assistance
  • Meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Companionship and emotional support

You’ll be helping our clients maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life—every single day.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel between clients)
  • A Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent (training can be provided if you’re passionate and willing to learn)
