Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact! to lead a compassionate care team in a resident-first environment.

This part-time role (33.5 hours per week) offers day rates from £16.22–£16.25 per hour with additional sleep-in and weekend enhancements. You will coordinate resident care plans, supervise staff, and support wellbeing activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in care or support work preferred
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum)
• Leadership experience in supervising a team
• Organised, compassionate and community-minded

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
• Assist with wellbeing-focused activities and day-to-day care needs

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
