McCarthy Stone Ltd. is seeking a Care Supervisor at Llanthony Place, Gloucester, for a part-time role at 32.5 hours per week. The position offers day and sleep-in night shifts, with additional weekend uplift and a supportive, resident-first environment.

Lead the Care & Support team, coordinate care plans, and inspire a compassionate community for residents aged 70+. The role starts in the late afternoon and includes sleep shifts dedicated to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work (1+ year preferred).
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum Level 2 with willingness to upskill).
• Leadership experience – supported or supervised a team.
• Organised, compassionate and community-minded.

£15.75/hr (day shifts) | £12.24/hr (sleep-in nights) + additional supplemental £10.53 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

Llanthony Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprising of 55 one and two bedroom retirement apartments exclusively for the over 70sIt has some outstanding communal facilities, including a communal lounge and on-site bistro and landscaped gardens.

A typical shift starts from 4.15pm and finish's at 9.00am, working alternate weekends.
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing only emergency support to our homeowners throughout that period.

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
