Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Stow-on-the-Wold is seeking a Care and Support Assistant to join our Hawkesbury Place development. This on-site role provides compassionate support to residents, helping with daily tasks and wellbeing in a single location.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with evening and weekend shifts, offering paid training, pension and life insurance, and a supportive team on site. Ideally you have 1 year in UK health and social care; Level 2 QCF is a plus, and local

What You'll Be Doing:

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
