Overview

As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Care and Support team to ensure high-quality care and support for residents.
  • Ensure resident safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming atmosphere within the community.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support independent living for residents.
Qualifications
  • You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with at least 2 years experience in a care or support environment.
  • Preferably hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. A minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential.

Contract Details
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 15.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Pay: £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
