Job summary
Right Match Recruitment Group, on behalf of our prestigious client in Ilford, seeks an experienced Registered Care Service Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role in a well-established provider working with mental health, learning disabilities and autism.
The role offers scope for progression and a challenging, varied workload. You will lead daily operational management, develop dynamic support plans, ensure statutory compliance, manage risk, and support recruitment and staffing strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, working with the Service Development Team.
- Ensure every resident has a dynamic support plan, regularly reviewed.
- Ensure the home operates in line with statutory requirements using National Minimum Standards.
- Maintain a safe environment that supports personal development for residents.
- Take the lead on risk analysis and implement plans to minimise risk.
- Support health maintenance and provide management information to Senior Managers.
- Liaise with external agencies professionally and coordinate with staff.
- Assist the Area Manager with staffing strategies and procedures, in partnership with Personnel.
