Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group, on behalf of a prestigious client based in Plymouth, seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a mental health, learning disabilities and autism care service. This full-time, permanent role offers progression within a well-established provider.

You will ensure CQC compliance, drive audits and quality improvement, oversee safe, person-centred care, develop staff, manage recruitment and training, foster a values-driven culture, and oversee budgets to maintain

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in adult social care.
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Experience leading teams and driving high performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
