Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group is assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established care provider based in Bedford. The role focuses on managing mental health, learning disabilities and autism services with a strong emphasis on quality and person-centred care.

The successful candidate will have Registered Manager experience in adult social care, hold Level 5 Health & Social Care (or be working towards it), and will lead staff performance while ensuring

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in adult social care.

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
