Lifeways Group in Liverpool is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering person-centred support for working-age adults with complex needs. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Regional Director to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality services that empower individuals and enhance outcomes.

The role emphasizes coaching, development, and a culture of empathy, courage, and excellence, with travel locally and a UK driving licence required.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it).
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• A valid UK driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
• A genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.
