Lifeways in Liverpool is seeking an exceptional Service Manager who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives while creating a supportive, high‑performing culture for their team. Based in Liverpool, you’ll work with an Area Manager and Regional Director to lead delivery of care services for working‑age adults with complex needs.

This role focuses on person‑centred support, regulatory compliance, and outcomes, with a clear emphasis on coaching, development, and collaboration

Competenze

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification required; Level 5 desirable.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and leading by example.
