Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients by care needs and location where possible.

The role requires experience in domiciliary care scheduling, CQC/CIW compliance knowledge, and the ability to motivate staff. A driving licence and vehicle access are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency preferred.
• Motivated to deliver first class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance essential.
• Experience in care assessments and staff motivation preferred.
• Organised, methodical with good attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred (not essential).
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Effectively manage delivery of high quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and proximity when possible.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely care visits and continuity of service.
