All Care Basingstoke is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our expanding team in a full-time capacity. You will manage staff rotas, ensure timely allocation of visits, and coordinate annual leave and training within rotas. Strong communication with care workers and other professionals is essential.

The role requires care experience and prior coordinator experience, a full driving licence, and UK work authorisation. On-site parking and a supportive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of care experience is required.
• 1 year coordinating experience is required.
• Driving Licence with access to own vehicle is required.
• UK work authorisation is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rotas and ensure visits are allocated consistently and timely.
• Maintain communication with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants and liaise with other professionals.
• Manage staff annual leave and arrange training in rotas.
