Job summary

All Care in Basingstoke is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee staff rotas, ensure timely and consistent visits, and manage annual leave and training within rotas. You will communicate with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants, building strong professional relationships while liaising with other professionals.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm with on-call responsibilities. Salary £27,500 per year including on-call. Driving licence and care/co-ordinator experience are required.

Qualifications

• Care experience: at least 2 years and experience coordinating.
• Co-ordination experience: at least 1 year.
• Driving licence with access to own vehicle is required.
• Experience using rostering software.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rotas to ensure visits are allocated consistently and timely.
• Maintain staff annual leave and training in rotas.
• Liaise with Reablement Workers, Care Assistants, and other professionals.
• Support on-call cover as required.

All Care Basingstoke are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.

Hours required are:Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm plus on call one weekday a week and one weekend a month.

Salary £27,500 including on call per year*

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.

Must have care experience and care co-ordinator experience.

• Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/ rota planning in the care sector
• Experienced using a rostering system
• Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
• Experienced in care calls
• Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone
