Job summary

All Care Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our expanding team in the Reading area. You will manage staff rotas, allocate visits promptly, and handle annual leave and training in rotas, maintaining strong communication with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants.

The role is full-time with Monday to Friday hours 7am–10pm plus on-call once per week and one weekend per month. Salary is £27,500 per year including on-call. Previous care or rota experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling/coordinating/rota planning in the care sector.
• Experience using a rostering system.
• Strong work ethic, organised, and positive personality.
• Experience in care calls.
• Willing to participate in out-of-hours on-call.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rotas and allocate visits consistently and timely.
• Manage staff annual leave and required training within rotas.
• Maintain communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants and liaise with other professionals.
• Particpate in out-of-hours on-call as required.
