Job summary

All Care Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our expanding team in the Reading area. You will manage staff rotas, allocate visits promptly, and handle annual leave and training in rotas, maintaining strong communication with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants.

The role is full-time with Monday to Friday hours 7am–10pm plus on-call once per week and one weekend per month. Salary is £27,500 per year including on-call. Previous care or rota experience is essential.

• Strong work ethic, organised, and positive personality.
• Experience in care calls.
• Willing to participate in out-of-hours on-call.

Care Coordinator

All Care Basingstoke are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.

Hours required are: Monday - Friday 7am to 10pm plus on call one weekday a week and one weekend a month.

Salary £27,500 including on call per year*

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.

Must have care experience and care co-ordinator experience.
