Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a dedicated Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our Oxford service. You will roster and template care calls using an electronic system, and lead the care team to deliver high-quality support.

The role includes creating care plans, monitoring staffing levels, ensuring CQC compliance and handling emergencies. A full driving license is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering care calls on an electronic system.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
• Direct management of the care team, supervising and training.
• Create and monitor care plans, ensure staffing meets service users' needs.
• Ensure care assessments and risk planning meet best practice.
• Work with Recruitment to maintain staffing levels.
