Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires experience as a CQC registered manager or equivalent leadership in social care.
• Experience across learning disability and autism services is desirable.
• A relevant leadership qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance for services including Supported Living and Shared Lives.
• Coordinate audits and ensure evidence is ready for inspections.
• Plan training and staff development; may act as interim registered manager.
• Support sites to implement new care planning platforms and ensure high standards.
