This role will also support the future planning of our services, monitoring Social Care Institute for Excellence and CQC best practice guidance and keeping updated with sector developments. The person will work collaboratively with the Provider Services manager to ensure the quality of our support, the physical spaces we use and the relevance of our training are right for not only the current people using our services but also capable of supporting the young people we will see coming through to our offering. This role will have responsibility for line management of some staff.
