Job summary

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead improvements across our Learning Disability Provider Services, including Supported Living and Shared Lives. You will drive audit planning, support recording, staff development, and act as interim registered manager when required, collaborating with service management to promote independence and high standards.

The role requires experience across multiple service models, a Level 5 Health & Social Care

Qualifications

• Experience across learning disability and autism services.
• Level 5 diploma or equivalent in health and social care leadership.
• Ability to drive improvement and coach staff towards high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning and ensure evidence for inspections is ready.
• Support sites during CQC inspections and internal audits.
• Plan and deliver training and staff development.
• Act as interim registered manager when required.
