We are looking for a person who has experienced across a range of services and who is able to bring that experience into generating ideas for improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively support teams to achieve improvements, including coaching staff alongside the service management teams.

The person will be responsible for supporting sites in the event of CQC inspection or internal audit and will take a lead on ensuring the evidence required is available when requested without disruption to our service. An example of this is creating and updating Action Plans as a result of audits or inspections.

This role will also support the future planning of our services, monitoring Social Care Institute for Excellence and CQC best practice guidance and keeping updated with sector developments.

The person will work collaboratively with the Provider Services manager to ensure the quality of our support, the physical spaces we use and the relevance of our training are right for not only the current people using our services but also capable of supporting the young people we will see coming through to our offering.

This role will have responsibility for line management of some staff.

The person will be expected to act as an interim registered manager in the event of one of the permanent managers being unavailable due to extended absence or a recruitment process.
